Refund Policy

At Grambox, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible service. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund, and we're here to help.

Grambox operates on a subscription basis, and you retain the freedom to opt out at any time by accessing the "Billing" page, conveniently located in the profile menu. Here, you can easily manage all your subscriptions.

Due to the nature of the services provided, payments are non-refundable once accepted. However, in the event of a duplicate payment, you are eligible to request a refund. Additionally, if you mistakenly purchase a product (for a different group, for example), you have 48 hours to request a refund.
